Now to really blow your mind, we've always been taught that we need to drink milk for strong bones. Calcium is imperative to building solid bones. Well, this couldn't be the farthest thing from the truth!!! We've been lied to by the Dairy Industry so we'd buy more milk so they can get richer. MILK DOES NOT DO A BODY GOOD!!
