OIL - GOOD OR BAD??

OIL:

1 tablespoon of ANY type of oil, including olive oil, has 130 calories and 14 grams of fat! So, if you consumed 3 tablespoons of oil-based salad dressing daily, you could gain 37 lbs of fat in just one year! You don't need oil anywhere in your diet. You don't need oil for cooking. I haven't consumed oil since last year and I haven't even noticed it missing.

You can stir fry with water or vegetable broth.
For baking, you can use apple cider or bananas in place of oil.
