ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS

People who eat large amounts of animal foods cooked at high temperatures will be at an increased risk of developing Alzheimer's Disease. Diets high in saturated fat content worsened cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease, lowered cerebrospinal fluid insulin levels, and worsened some aspects of memory function, whereas a diet low in saturated fat content had opposing effects. Just another one out of a million reasons to get animal products out of our diet!
